Our mission is to alleviate your organization of all the headaches related to your distribution. Technology
We know that receiving the status of your delivery is equally important as the delivery itself and so our dispatching system sends you an alert upon delivery of every job. Our email alerts also include pictures of signed physical copies of your order sheets as well as an image of the items being delivered.
Our online system provides your team access for extracting reports, delivery history, POD’s and the ability to pay invoices online.
Difficult Deliveries
Your job might require something along these lines:
-Deliver to job site that is under construction and not listed on GPS mapping.
-It is a government facility, so the driver needs to get his vehicle inspected
-Text the client instead of call and then wait for him to come out and meet by the construction trailer
-Take picture that indicates the materials were received in good condition and email it back to the sender

Our niche is tackling challenging situations. We do the jobs that UPS, FedEx and LTL trucking companies aren’t equipped to handle. Medical Logistics
We provide medical delivery and logistics for the largest hospital networks in the region. Our team of 200+ contractor drivers are equipped with GPS handheld bar code scanning devices so every lab and pharmacy delivery is carefully tracked. Our experienced dispatching team oversees thousands of deliveries each day. Our dispatching centers have backup generators and redundant phone and internet carriers so we are always reachable.
In addition to lab and pharmacy deliveries, we distribute daily supplies and transfer equipment between medical sites. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are rapidly distributing masks, germicidal wipes and ventilators between suppliers and medical facilities.
About Us
We began operations in 2005. Me (Scott) and my wife Holly Kristiansen started our company out of the need to solve a unique problem. My job at the time was overseeing operations at a warehouse and one of our new clients asked that we deliver a truckload of printed materials to the 8th floor of an office building in Washington DC.
The job required a moving company that had the equipment and manpower to haul the materials from the street, down a bumpy brick path, into a small elevator and up to the 8th floor. The job was labor intensive. But the bigger problem was that the jobs were unable to be scheduled with more than 24 hours notice. We could not find a moving company that had that much staff standing by on such short notice.
So we hired a courier service because they had the truck and driver available on short notice. The problem here was that the burden to unload the truck fell on the client which put them in a jam.
That’s when we decided to get our own truck and work on a list of “helpers” that worked and lived around DC that we could call or text on a short notice to come help unload a truck for same day payment. Holly oversaw this project and was our key truck driver for several years.
Our philosophy was to simply provide really great service. We believed that working hard and finding solutions could lead to opportunities.
We continued to build our company over the next five years adding new clients and bringing on new drivers.
In 2010, we merged operations with Trans Time Express and that has allowed us to expand our services we offer to our existing clients. Today, we have a team of over 200 contractors, we cover lower Pennsylvania, all of Maryland, Washington DC and Northern Virginia.
Our Fleet includes straight trucks, vans, cars and bicycles. We also offer warehousing and fulfillment out of our Baltimore warehouse.
